Yet, when your sense of safety is compromised—be it through environmental cues perceived as threats or the echoes of past traumas—your reality can become distorted. Your nervous system may shift into modes of mobilization (fight or flight) or immobilization (freeze), sometimes trapping us in a cycle where returning to a state of inner balance feels out of reach. This is where we step in to offer support.

Do symptoms like chronic pain, stress, emotional instability, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from oneself and others sound familiar? These are signs that your autonomic nervous system (ANS) may be stuck in a state of chronic mobilization or deep immobilization. In the former, stress, anxiety, and fear dominate as your sympathetic nervous system takes the lead, flooding your body with adrenaline and cortisol. In the latter, feelings of depression, loneliness, and hopelessness prevail, leaving you energy-depleted and isolated.

Our practice is grounded in the insights of Dr. Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory, which illuminates the pathways to achieving a safe and open inner state. We offer a verbal and somatic approach tailored to your unique needs, fostering conditions that encourage your autonomic nervous system to self-regulate and return to a state of relaxation. This equilibrium between body and mind opens new horizons, reconnecting you with the self-regulatory capacities of your living body.

Our movement therapy focusing on the fasciae plays a crucial role in this process, facilitating tension regulation, enhancing vascularisation, and stimulating the production of anti-inflammatory agents, all while supporting the regulation of your nervous, hormonal, digestive, and immune systems.

Through our guidance, you will rediscover the wisdom of your living body, allowing immobility to transform into fluid motion, self-esteem to reshape, and connections to life and others to flourish. Our sessions are designed to lead you towards body/mind balance, overall health, relational harmony, and spiritual awakening.
