All exercises and role-plays bring us closer to the essence of life. By embracing care, flexibility, and generosity towards oneself and others, and by connecting to inner silence and expanding perception, a path unfolds to connect with all the facets of femininity within oneself.

Phase 3: The Masculine Archetype Within and the Sacred Feminine
A 3-Day Immersion
Deep within, the feminine and masculine archetypes often exist in unconscious conflict, trapped by inherited patterns and conditioning. In this second stage, each woman explores the masculine within her and how it limits her freedom in daily relationships.
Individual and group practices facilitate a peaceful coexistence of the feminine and masculine within. Participants also explore how the masculine within perceives them, influencing daily interactions with men. Awareness of this reality initiates change, paving the way for more fulfilling relationships with husbands, partners, brothers, and male colleagues.
