When vulnerability has felt too intense, the body learns to tighten, withdraw, control, or disconnect.

In this opening class, we’ll explore protection as meaningful intelligence rather than something to overcome. Through gentle somatic inquiry, we’ll begin restoring safety as the foundation for deeper engagement with life.

🔹 Class 2 — Letting Vulnerability Appear

Once safety is felt, something softer can emerge.

Vulnerability does not need to be forced — it naturally appears when protection no longer has to work so hard.

The first step is to reset your priorities, placing self-care at the top of your list. After each class, you’ll gain simple yet effective somatic practices that can be easily integrated into your daily routine, whether at home or work. Just 10 minutes a day can help you release tensions, boost your energy, and reignite your desire to invest in yourself.

The investment for the course is 28€ per class (no replay offered). We offer an Early Bird rate of 129€ for the complete 5-class series plus the Bonus class and Replays if you register by January 21, 2024. After this date, the Bundle Offer is available for 149€, providing comprehensive access to transformative learning.
